How do the changing pad's three heat settings work?
The Wumby heated changing pad has three heat settings. You can set the pad to 31, 34, or 37 degrees. If three lights are on, the changing pad will be 37 degrees. If two lights are on, the changing pad will be 34 degrees. If one light is on, the changing pad will be 31 degrees. When you turn on the pad, it starts immediately at the hottest setting.
How do I know that the Wumby heated changing pad is safe?
As a parent, you want only one thing: for your baby to be safe. Safety was therefore our top priority when developing Wumby. The following measures have been taken to ensure that Wumby is a safe product:

How quickly does the Wumby heated changing pad reach the desired temperature?
The heating system in the Wumby heated changing pad is designed to reach the right temperature in no time. After all, you don’t always have plenty of time when you’re taking care of your baby. The Wumby heated changing pad reaches the right temperature in about a minute! And thanks to the built-in thermostat, you can be sure the temperature will never get too high!
Why doesn't my heated changing pad feel warm?
The Wumby heated changing pad is designed to warm your baby, not the air. So, if you touch the pad with your hand, it may feel as though it isn’t warm. By applying light pressure, you’ll notice that the warmth slowly begins to penetrate. So the heating only really comes into its own once the Wumby heated changing pad is in use.
Can I use a changing pad cover?
You can, but you don’t have to. The outer cover is wonderfully soft and easy to clean. However, Wumby comes in a standard size, so in principle, any changing pad cover will fit over it. So you can choose for yourself whether you want to use a cover or not!
Why would I need a baby wipe warmer?
Warm wipes, aside from the fact that they’re simply a pleasure to use (for both baby and parent!), have three major benefits:
Warm wipes help prevent diaper rash by keeping the pores open. This prevents dirt from becoming trapped in the pores.
Little babies often pee when they’re startled by cold wipes. With all the consequences and laundry that entails! By using warm wipes, you and your baby won’t have to deal with these little accidents anymore!
When you use warm wipes, you only use half as many wipes. After all, you also use warm water when you mop!
And as mentioned, warm wipes are simply a pleasure to use!
Don't the wipes dry out in a wipe warmer?
No! Thanks to a smart heating element located at the top of the lid, the wipes are heated at a low power setting. This ensures that the first 6–8 wipes are always nice and warm!
How long does it take for the wipes to warm up?
When you place a new pack of baby wipes in the wipe warmer, it takes just ten minutes for the first wipes to reach the right temperature. After that, the first 6–8 wipes are always nice and warm!
How do I install the baby wipe warmer?
You can use the elastic bands to secure a pack of baby wipes to the underside of the lid. Then plug the cord (cord length: 1 meter) into an outlet. After about half an hour, the wipes will be nice and warm and ready to use!
What temperature can I set?
With the Wumby wipe warmer, you can set the temperature yourself between 40°C and 55°C. Depending on the season or the ambient temperature, you can always choose a temperature that suits your preferences (and your baby’s!)
