Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

On this page, we explain the steps you need to follow before your order is finalized.

Order

You can order products by adding them to your shopping cart and then completing the checkout process. You’ll enter the shipping address. The system will then indicate which carrier will be used and the shipping costs that will be charged. Finally, you’ll select your payment method. Once payment is complete, your order is final.

Warranty

Your Wumby comes with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. All items purchased from us are covered by the statutory warranty. The statutory warranty means that a product is or must function in a manner that a consumer can reasonably expect. The manufacturer’s warranty does not affect the statutory warranty.

Payment

You can pay for your order using one of the following payment methods:

iDEAL | Wero
iDEAL | Wero is the most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. Payments can be made through the 10 major banks in the Netherlands: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and van Lanschot. The payment method is based on a bank transfer, but with iDEAL, the amount and the recipient’s account number are already pre-filled.

Credit Card
If you choose to pay for your order with a credit card, you can use a Mastercard, Visa, or American Express

Apple Pay
Apple Pay is Apple’s proprietary payment method and uses the Wallet, where users store their payment cards. The actual payment method therefore depends on the cards stored in the Wallet. The payment is completed by scanning a fingerprint or face.

Klarna
By choosing Klarna as your payment method, you’ll receive your products first before actually paying. Klarna gives you 14 days (or 30 days upon request) to make the payment.

PayPal
PayPal is the most well-known online wallet and allows you to receive payments from around the world. Customers can pay via PayPal using their credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance

Bancontact
Bancontact allows Belgian customers to pay through their own trusted banking environment. Paying with this method is similar to the Dutch iDEAL.

Delivery

Is the product in stock and will you place your order before 3:00 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day! We ship our packages via PostNL and FedEx. PostNL and FedEx aim to deliver packages the next day.

No one home when your package is delivered? In that case, they’ll leave it with a neighbor or at a PostNL/FedEx pickup point. You can use the tracking code to see where to pick up your package.

Shipping costs in the Netherlands are free
Shipping costs in Belgium are €7.95
Shipping costs in France are €9.95
Shipping costs in Germany are €7.95
